There's no subscription and no commission. Customers pay a $1 service fee on each order you accept, and standard payment-processing fees apply to card payments. A declined order carries no fee at all.
Only when you accept the order. The customer's card is held when they pay, and the charge goes through when you accept. If you decline the order, or don't accept it within 15 minutes, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
Customers pay by card, and the money goes directly to your own Stripe account. RiaRai doesn't take a percentage of your orders.
Your order screen plays a sound for each new order and keeps playing it until you accept or decline. Keep the screen open on a tablet or computer during service.
Yes, if they choose to. Customers who agree to texts when they order get one when you accept the order and another when it's ready for pickup. If an order is declined, they get one text saying they weren't charged. They can reply STOP at any time.
Decline it before you accept, and the customer is told and isn't charged. If you've already accepted it, you can refund the order total from your order screen. The $1 service fee is generally non-refundable.
Yes. You can open or close online ordering whenever you need, like during a rush, at the end of the day, or on a day off. If you set business hours, RiaRai Order reminds you at closing time and closes ordering unless you choose to stay open.
Yes. You can add an orders login for your staff. It opens only your orders, so your menu, reports, and settings stay yours.
