Yes, by text. Clients who agree to texts at checkout get a confirmation and a reminder at the time you choose, from one hour to two days before.
You move the booking to another open time from your calendar, and the client gets a text with the new time. A canceled booking reopens its seat, and anyone on the waitlist gets a text.
Yes. A service can have a set price, a deposit with the balance due at the session, a price per guest, pay what you want, or no charge at all.
Yes. Every business on RiaRai Book is listed in the directory at book.riarai.com, where clients search by name or category and book from your page.
No. Your booking page works on its own, and you can share its link on social media, in a text, or from any website you already have.
Yes. Staff get their own logins to see the calendar and bookings, and each staff member can have their own hours for appointments. Reports, payments, and settings stay with the owner.
